The U.S. Army Medical Command, through the Health Readiness Contracting Office, seeks market research input via a Request for Information (RFI) to explore industry capabilities for providing an interdisciplinary Human Performance Team (HPT) in support of the Army Reserve Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System. This effort involves approximately 25 full-time contractor personnel who will operate across multiple locations within the continental United States, supporting a travel-intensive model aligned with the Army Reserve's training schedules and integrating with unit leadership and H2F Integration Teams. The RFI is not a solicitation but a means for the government to gather commercial insights on staffing strategies, recruitment challenges, pricing models, performance tracking, and execution approaches for multi-location, high-operation tempo environments. Respondents are requested to provide company identification details and respond to a series of questions regarding their typical NAICS code usage, labor categories, staffing practices, pricing preferences, and potential barriers to competition such as credentialing and recruitment hurdles. The government is particularly interested in understanding strategies for balancing local versus traveling personnel, managing full-time and part-time staffing, and ensuring continuity and cost effectiveness within a geographically dispersed support system. Responses must be submitted by May 19, 2026, with government points of contact provided for submission and inquiries. This RFI supports the Army's effort to shape future contract arrangements that best address the operational and logistical needs of the H2F system.
