Holleigh Bernson Memorial Park- Extension of a license to install monitoring equipment

The City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks has entered into an agreement with Argos Inc. to extend a license for the installation, operation, and maintenance of a community air monitoring station. Located at Holleigh Bernson Memorial Park at 20500 Sesnon Blvd, Northridge, California, the project is designed to benefit the residents of the Porter Ranch community. The current license agreement is set to expire on May 31, 2026. The project scope includes the installation of new accessory equipment and the collection of information using an existing facility with negligible or no expansion of use. Due to the nature of these activities, the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301, 15303(e), and 15306.
