The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, transportation, and  equipment necessary to transport laboratory specimens between the Holloman Medical Group at Holloman AFB, New Mexico and the William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, EL Paso Texas, approximately 85 miles each way which includes the clinics and departments located in close vicinity of the medical centers IAW SOW.
