The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 �Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements� and 41 U.S.C. 3304 (a)(1). The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Reverse Mortgage Insight Inc, located at 34232 Pacific Coast Hwy, #D4, Dana Point, CA, 92629-3856 for Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Business Service Provider. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IS AVAILABLE. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. No known potential alternate sources exist which could satisfy this requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a Request For Quote/Proposal. Any interested party that believes it can meet this requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill this requirement being requested by 10:00 AM EST on 9/20/2023 at 2pm EST. Responses must be submitted in writing to Carmen Calloway at Carmen.L.Calloway@hud.gov no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government.
