THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking responses in order to determine possible participation in the anticipated acquisition. The 379th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron (379 ECONS) intends to obtain non-personal services for Hood and Duct Cleaning Services located at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561720, Janitorial Services with a corresponding size standard of $18M. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to ensure that hood and duct cleaning services are sufficiently performed at feeding facilities belonging to 379 EFSS on Al UDEID Air Base. See attached draft PWS for a more detailed description of the requirement. Performance will consist of one (1) Base Year, and four (4) one-year options. The Government anticipates making award in December 2016. The Request for offers release date is to be determined. Please note: It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fbo.gov for all subsequent postings. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted in conjunction with this notice to provide the size, scope, and complexity of this requirement. This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. All interested parties should submit a capabilities package (limited to no more than 10 pages total) outlining your company's key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement. Please submit the requested information electronically to this office NLT the closing date and time (10 June 2016, 5:00 p.m. local time) to mark.imbrigiotta@auab.afcent.af.mil and jesi.kreller@auab.afcent.af.mil. The internet and e-mail shall be used as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging all information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available.
