Hoover Middle School - HVAC and All-Weather Field Project

The Hoover Middle School project involves comprehensive upgrades to campus infrastructure, including the installation of a new HVAC system, power system enhancements, fire alarm modernization, interior lighting improvements, ceiling and window repairs or replacements, and the addition of overhead projectors. Accessibility upgrades to ensure compliance with the 2022 California Building Code are integrated throughout the project, particularly in pathways of travel. Additionally, a major component of the project is the replacement of the existing natural turf field with a state-of-the-art all-weather synthetic turf field, complete with a four-lane asphalt running track and a long jump pit. The new field will be properly striped to accommodate both football and soccer activities, enhancing multi-use capabilities for student athletics and school events.
