ONE AWARD WILL RESULT FROM THIS SOLICITATION. ALL OFFERORS MUST SIGN THE SF-1449 AND INCLUDE WITH THEIR PROPOSAL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and purpose of this procurement is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and supervision (except Government furnished) necessary to perform janitorial services as required by the Government in the solicitation. This acquisition is a set-aside for total Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561720 (Janitorial Services) with a size standard of $18.0 million. The solicitation will be awarded as a single award- firm fixed price type contract. The location where the work will be performed, will be at the Tucson Indian Health Service (TAIHS) as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance shall for one (1) base year beginning May 26, 2017 through September 30, 2017 with four (4) options year periods. An organized site visit has been schedule for Thursday, April 13 at 10:00 a.m. Participants will meet at: San Xavier Compound, North Parking Lot after Security Guard Shack.
