Howard Finn Park- Agreement with the Los Angeles Conservation Corps, Inc. for access to and maintenance of the Orchard area

The City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks has entered into an agreement with the Los Angeles Conservation Corps, Inc. for the access and maintenance of the orchard area at Howard Finn Park. Located at 7747 Foothill Boulevard in Tujunga, California, the project involves the management of a 0.3-acre area. This agreement is established at no cost to the Department of Recreation and Parks. The scope of work includes the operation, repair, licensing, and minor alteration of existing public structures, with no significant expansion of the existing or former use of the land. Due to the nature of these activities, the project qualifies for a Class 1 categorical exemption under CCR Title 14, Section 15301. Elena Maggioni serves as the environmental supervisor and primary point of contact for the lead agency.
