Important information - When quoting please to provide all information related to the quoted items including (material made from, thickness, brand...etc.) - A catalogue to be provided along with the quotation. - A firm delivery period must be indicated; -Only quotes that include all items will be considered. -Please to provide the weight and dimensions of the quoted items as a one shipment. - The offered items must be Original HP. Once supplied the serial numbers will be verified with HP. -please submit your questions within June/27/2016. -Shipping: For vendors in the United States the ship to address will be: * Ikun, 2801 Route 130 Unit 1,North Brunswick, NJ 08902 -For vendors in Amman-Jordan the delivery will be door to door to the American Embassy Amman. -For vendors who stock all over the world, the delivery will be door to door to the American Embassy Baghdad-Iraq. Payment Terms: 30 Days NET via EFT to your company account. The Iraq Support Unit, American Embassy -Amman, intends to award a purchase order to the responsible vendor submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations/ proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
