The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Gulf Strike Team in Mobile, Alabama has a requirement for the removal and replacement of four (4) split heating and air conditioning units on a Hazardous Materials Response Trailer (HMRT). The HRMT is made by FEATHERLITE trailer, FEATHERLITE Drawing T002799, Revision J, Model 1075. The HMRT split systems include four (4) roof top mounted condensors and four (4) internally mounted evaporators. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG26-16-Q-XE1100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89-1 effective 15 August 2016. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811310. The small business size standard is $7.5 million. This is an unrestricted solicitation.
