HRO Manpower/Advanced Data Analytics

Solicitation W912JM26QA008 is a total small business set-aside for HRO Manpower and Advanced Data Analytics Integrator support for the W7M3 USPFO Activity Georgia Army National Guard. The contractor will provide technical and administrative support across multiple areas, including the Basic Officer Leadership Course Section, US Army Cadet Command Headquarters, Accessions, Recruiting Standards, Recruiting Operations, Marketing and Advertising, Resources Management, and the Headquarters Section. A primary objective is the ground-up development of several analytics products, such as the LWOP/RTD Product, Awards/QSI Dashboard, Military Buyback Product, Vacancy Fill and Projections Tool, AGR/Technician Voucher Reconciliation Product, Status of Funds Dashboard, Customer Action Tracker, and the AGR/Technician Lifecycle Predictive Model. The contract is structured with a base year and four option years, with a total performance period not to exceed 60 months, starting August 1, 2026. Performance is based at the Clay National Guard Center in Marietta, Georgia. Award will be determined via best value source selection, evaluating technical capabilities, past performance, and price. Quality is monitored through a Performance Requirements Summary with specific accuracy targets ranging from 95% to 100% depending on the deliverable. Invoicing is managed through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. While no specific security clearance is required, contractor personnel must comply with installation access policies, background checks, and strict identification requirements to distinguish them from government employees.
