The project consists of improving 17 signalized intersection heads through installation of new traffic signal heads and modifications to existing signal heads to include retro-reflective tape. The improvements will increase visibility at intersections and improve signal hardware. Under further consideration the project may require minor trenching and installation of conduit and traffic loops, but it would not include any signal pole replacement.
