Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) intend to procure on a sole source basis with Novogene of Sacramento, CA to provide human mitochondrial DNA analysis of 200 human samples through human whole genome sequencing, human whole genome library preparation (350bp) with mitochondrial variant detection analysis with a guarantee Q30 score ?80% and 100% of coverage. Our laboratory has been using the services of the Novogene company during this project for all the other analyzes and, due to their participation in all phases of this project, Novogene is best to carry out this mitochondrial DNA analysis via whole genome sequencing. Thus, continuing to use the services of Novogene will ensure the proper integrity of all our data and be sure to be able to compare and pool all previous results from Novogene prior work with this new data.
