Background The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for the procurement of Hustler, Stihl, and miscellaneous mower parts and materials. The goal of this contract is to maintain equipment used at the Parma Control Center, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. Work Details The contract includes the supply of Hustler Mower Parts and Stihl Equipment Parts necessary for maintaining Hustler Super Z and Stihl equipment. The vendor must provide parts that meet the latest Original Equipment Manufacturers (O.E.M.) specifications. The purchase order will be valid for one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first. Services and orders are to be provided after prior departmental approval and as needed, with a maximum purchase order limit of $5,000. Vendors must have the ability to supply parts regularly and in emergencies, with all parts carrying a minimum six-month replacement warranty or any applicable warranties. Discounts on materials/parts from original list prices must be quoted by the vendor, including specific discounts for Hustler and Stihl products. The vendor must also be a certified dealer for both brands. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period of one year from the date of award or until funds are exhausted. Place of Performance The products will be delivered to the Parma Pumping Station located at 5953 Deering Ave, Parma Heights, OH 44130. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be certified dealers for Hustler and Stihl, providing proof of certification with their bid. Additionally, vendors must disclose any wage theft or payroll fraud violations over the last three years as part of compliance with city regulations.
