Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The purpose of this contract is to maintain roads ensure safe and productive road conditions and keep recreation access and infrastructure open. Specifically, repair damage to road surfaces at Husum Launch.

The work shall be performed in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, in Klickitat County, Washington.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide road maintenance to the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area (CRGNSA). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor may visit the project location with the COR before bid.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide road maintenance services to the CRGNSA road system. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
