Z--HVAC Replacement at Jupiter ONA - Unit B, Tindall House, and Tindall Kitchen

The Bureau of Land Management, under the Department of the Interior, is seeking a small business to perform an urgent replacement of HVAC systems across three structures within the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area in Jupiter, Florida—specifically the Unit B Administration Building, Tindall House, and Tindall Kitchen. This is a firm-fixed-price, lump-sum solicitation issued as an electronic Request for Quotations under the Small Business Set Aside program, with a strict deadline for submissions on August 11, 2026. The acquisition follows Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures, meaning technical acceptability serves as a pass/fail gate while award is determined solely by the lowest evaluated price from qualified offerors. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and permits necessary to remove existing units and install new systems: a 4-ton unit in Unit B and 2-ton split systems with attic air handlers and condensers on existing pads at Tindall House and Tindall Kitchen.
