A one-time site visit is scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Site Visit attendees will meet with Mr. Joseph Beshay at the Norfolk ATCT, 1245 Miller Store Road, Virginia Beach VA. Please have valid picture identification ready for inspection upon arrival. Attendance at the site visit is highly encouraged; however, site visit attendance is not required to submit a proposal. Site visit attendees shall pre-announce their intent to inspect the site no later than noon Central time on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Prospective offerors shall email the names of all site visit attendees to contact@example.gov and contact@example.gov. Requests for Information (RFIs) arising from the site visit shall be emailed to contact@example.gov and contact@example.gov no later than noon Eastern Time on April 29, 2025.
