HVAC Services for Fire Department & Fire Stations

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue is soliciting quotes for up to three on-call Price Agreements to provide HVAC services for 34 fire stations and three corporate buildings in Tigard, Oregon. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance, such as inspections and filter replacements, and emergency repair services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Awarded contractors must certify the ability to provide on-site emergency response within four hours for occupied fire stations.
