**Amendment 5: To clarify, this is a brand name requirement. Trane and Liebert units must be replaced by units of the same brand. If you already proposed Trane and Liebert brands, you do not need to resubmit your quote. Justification is as follows: "New Condensing Units for PAC system shall be Liebert brand name to be compatible with existing to remain indoor Air Handler/Compressor Units. New Condensing/Compressor Units for split system shall be Trane to be compatible with existing to remain Air Handler Units. The combined system will not perform as per intended design and manufacturer's specifications unless new equipment is compatible with the existing remaining portion of the system. The use of a different brand name can cause damages to the new and/or existing air conditioning equipment, lower the usable life of the new and/or equipment and cause performance issues. It will also void manufacture's warranty. Even though this system consist of two pieces of equipment located at two different locations (one indoor and the second outdoors), it is designed to work as one. The use of a different manufacturer will disrupt the design. Other manufactures also pair their AHU/CUs equipment in the same way. All tests and specifications are based on the paired combination specified by the manufacturer. "
