Scope: The City of Santa Fe Springs is seeking responses from qualified contractors to provide HVAC maintenance and repair services. The awarded contractor(s) shall provide services in accordance with the scope of work and the terms and conditions identified in the associated service agreement (See Appendix D – Draft GSA).
Prior to submitting a response, please carefully read the instructions below, including any solicitation appendix/exhibits/attachments.
The City desires to establish an agreement for three (3) years, with possible extension options. The City may choose to award multiple contractors through this process if deemed to be in the best interest of the City and to ensure the availability of services.
Interested contractors must demonstrate that they have sufficient, readily available personnel, support, supplies, equipment, and financial resources to do the work without delay or shortcomings. Please review the City's bid document for requirements and directions on submitting a response.
