The USDA-FS is posting a pre-solicitation notice for the purpose of informing industry that a solicitation AG-9A63-S-13-0133 for construction work is projected to be posted for the following: The Eldorado National Forest requires the installation of a HVAC system at the Sly Park Hotshot Base. The project is located at the Eldorado Hotshot Office, Eldorado National Forest, 5420 Sly Park Road, Pollock Pines, CA. Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, freight and delivery and any miscellaneous items necessary for the installation of a heating and air conditioning system at the Eldorado Hotshot Office. The HVAC will include but is not limited to a heat pump, fan coil, new insulated rigid metal ductwork and thermostat. Work also includes installing underground conduit and feeders from the electrical meter located at the washhouse, to the barracks below the office. The solicitation package is scheduled to be posted o/a 24May 2013. The projected response due date is 21 June 2013. All work will be accomplished IAW the Statement of Work (SOW), Maps and Specifications (which will be available in the solicitation) and all applicable regulatory guidance.
