Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will satistfy Agency Requirements," To: ASC Process Systems For: Repair and Testing of Hydro Tank/Autoclave This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received will be evalutated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone resonses and requests will not be received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
