This may include statistical analysis of stream flow data, rainfall-runoff simulation of storm events, stream flow and reservoir routing, and application of simplified techniques such as the rational method and regional frequency analysis, flood routing, rainfall-runoff modeling (i.e. HEC-HMS), water management, probable maximum flood (PMF) and probable maximum precipitation (PMP) determination, steady and unsteady hydraulic modeling (i.e. HEC-RAS), 2-dimensional floodplain modeling), dam break studies, flood damage reduction studies, risk and uncertainty analyses, evaluation of levee and flood damage reduction channel performance. Watershed studies may also utilize an integrated modeling approach using HEC-WAT as the modeling platform. Riverine Hydraulic Analysis and Design: Flow conditions in natural and modified streams may be analyzed to develop water surface profiles and to identify factors which affect flow conditions. Flood plains may be delineated for various hypothetical and historic floods, residual flood plains, and floodway delineations. Design of the following structures may be required: Open channels with subcritical and supercritical flow conditions, leveed channels, floodwalls, culverts, energy dissipaters, weirs, interior drainage facilities, conduits, and channel training and bank protection works and other miscellaneous Civil design work including required structural engineering. Project Management and Technical Oversight SupportThe contract is for Project Management and Technical Oversight Support under a subcontract arrangement, aimed at delivering technical and administrative assistance related to reporting, scheduling, and coordination efforts with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers within an IDIQ task order framework. The work will focus on ensuring seamless alignment with USACE requirements through structured project oversight, data management, and timely communication channels. The North American Industry Classification System code 541611 indicates that the services fall under Management Consulting Services, suggesting a primary emphasis on advisory and operational support rather than direct construction or engineering execution. The contract was posted on June 17, 2026, and is administered by the W075 Endist San Francisco office under the Department of Defense, though specific performance locations, point of contact details, and set-aside classifications are not provided. There is no defined place of performance listed, indicating potential flexibility in where the work may be performed, possibly including remote or distributed operations. The absence of a solicitation number suggests this may be a follow-on or non-competitive subcontract under a broader existing agreement. The contract's structure implies ongoing support duties tied to multiple task orders, requiring adaptability, compliance with federal reporting standards, and consistent collaboration with a major federal agency.
