Full Description

This is not a Request for Quote/Proposal. Vendors interested in being considered as a potential source should identify themselves as an "interested party" via the FBO portal. SLAC seeks sources capable of providing the following: Full system implementation services for the latest version of Oracle's Hyperion Planning Plus, and Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting (collectively referred to as "Hyperion"), with interfaces to PeopleSoft 9.2 modules. These services shall include, but are not limited to: design, build, testing, training, data conversion, cut-over and post-production support. The subcontractor will provide a SaaS environment to host all SLAC Hyperion systems and the ongoing support of those environments. In the performance of services, the subcontractor shall ensure successful completion of the project deliverables in terms of scope, quality, budget, and schedule. The subcontractor must provide an implementation project plan. The detailed plan can be fine-tuned during the Planning Phase of the implementation, with SLAC's approval. SLAC and the subcontractor may jointly refine and update a deliverable milestone schedule for the project. The subcontractor will provide on-site resources during the duration of the implementation and/or remote resources as needed. If a Request for Proposal is issued it may be a small business set-aside.
