This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 



Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0103 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for I Field Project



IAW Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, The Northern Great Plains Agricultural Research Laboratory (NGPRL), has a requirement of:



INSTALLING NEW BARBED-WIRE FENCE, POSTS, GATES. INSTALLING NEW ELECTRICAL SERVICE LINE WITH OUTLETS AND SET UP. INSTALLING APROXIMATELY 1,475 FT OF UNDERGROUND 1” POLYETHYLENE WATER SUPPLY PIPE WITH ALL THE ASSOCIATED VALVES, DRAINBACKS, AND HARDWARE. INCLUDING 1 – 1INCH FROST FREE 8FT HYDRANT AND 1 DOUBLEBOWL THERMOSINK STOCK WATER FOUNTAIN WITH ALL THE ASSOCIATED HARDWARE AT THE USDA-ARS NGPRL AT SITE.



This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238990.  The small business size standard is $19M.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
