The Department of Defense, through the Marine Corps Systems Command's Program Manager for Optics and Non-Lethal Systems, has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking industry input on three Image Intensifier CMOS camera lenses intended for use in low-light imaging applications. This RFI serves as a preliminary market research step in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10 and is not a solicitation for proposals or a commitment to purchase. The lenses are to be integrated with existing I2 CMOS cameras for field characterization under varying environmental conditions, assessing their detection, recognition, and identification capabilities for military use by dismounted infantry Marines. The evaluation also supports multi-spectral digital fusion efforts and aims to establish a baseline for future technology improvements within the PM-ONS Family of Individual Optics program. The specific draft requirements for these lenses include high transmission rates of 80% or greater, a spectral range from 0.5 to 1.0 micrometers, adjustable focus and iris, standard C-mount, and various diagonal field of view options (40 degrees, 7 degrees, and 3.5 degrees). Responses must be submitted by email by the stated deadline and should include vendor capability statements, commercial availability, pricing, and lead times for off-the-shelf products meeting the specifications. Submissions should be limited to five pages and clearly identify any proprietary information. The government clarifies that it will not pay for submitted information, nor does this RFI obligate them to acquire the products or issue a solicitation. This effort is solely for planning and research to aid potential future procurements and evaluations of advanced imaging technologies to enhance marine infantry operational capabilities.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
