NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE


This notice is published in accordance with RFO 12.102(a) and RFO Part 5 to determine whether responsible commercial sources exist capable of satisfying the Government’s minimum requirements. This notice is not a solicitation or Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation document is available.


In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul RFO Part 12.102(a) in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 the Office of Acquisition Management proposes to award purchase order on the basis of other than full and open competition with International Association of Privacy Professionals.


The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) is the exclusive organizer and host of the IAPP Global Summit conference and maintains sole authority over exhibitor booth participation, sponsorship opportunities, and associated event services.


Exhibitor booths at the IAPP Global Summit can only be purchased directly through IAPP, as the organization controls all conference logistics, exhibitor registrations, and participation rights. No other vendors or resellers are authorized to provide booth space or associated exhibitor services for this event.
