Tooele County hereby issues this request for proposals (RFP) with the intent to issue a single firm-fixed-price award for a project at 31 W Felt Drive, Ibapah, Utah, consisting of the following: (1) The construction of a 12’ by 10’ wood framed or metal stud framed well house building with one 6’ wide x 7’ tall double door on one side with no windows and a wood truss roof. Metal roofing and siding. Color to be determined by owner. (2) The installation of all electrical components for the well house. (3) The installation of two 5,000-gallon underground water tanks. (4) The construction of a 6’ tall chain link fence around perimeter of site and a double panned gate. (5) The construction of an air vac system and all necessary components for the existing well.
