The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with international Business Machines Corporation (IBM) under the authority of FAR 6.302 for a requirement of the following items: QTY (39) IBM SPSS Statistics Base Authorized User Annual SW Subscription & Support Renewal QTY (39) IBM SPSS Custom Tables Authorized User Annual SW Subscription & Support Renewal QTY (39) IBM SPSS Regression Authorized User Annual SW Subscription & Support Renewal The support services will be required for the period of January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2013. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. An award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5.
