This is a Special Notice/Notice of Intent to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call against an existing BPA for the acquisition of “FY2026 Fall Planting”. The USDA Forest Service (USFS) is requesting quotes under the Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 12363N23Q4023.


Location: COEUR DALENE RIVER RANGER DISTRICT of the  Idaho Panhandle National Forest.
