Full Description

The Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Inspector General, intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Audimation Services Inc. for 25 additional licenses of IDEA Software. There are no other known source for this license and support and related support for a base period with two one year options.. Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses shall clearly show that the respondent has the capability to provide the IDEA software licenses and support. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Other Information: Electronic submissions, in response to this Notice, shall reference SS-FIG-08-0029 and be sent to the attention of Tammie Johnson and e-mailed to psb3@bpd.treas.gov.
