Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for multi-discipline Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for mechanical engineering projects within the State of Hawaii, but may also include work worldwide. The type of design and engineering services expected to be performed under this contract are primarily for Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation for Design-Bid-Build (DBB) mechanical engineering projects with associated multi-discipline architect-engineering support services for new construction, alteration, repair, and installation of mechanical systems and associated facilities. Other design and engineering services may include, but not limited to, Design-Build (DB) RFP documentation, engineering investigations/concept studies, Functional Analysis Concept Development (FACD)/charrettes, and Post Construction Award Services (PCAS).
