B--IDIQ FOR LABORATORY ANALYSIS

This contract is an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for laboratory analysis services, with a maximum not-to-exceed value of $100,000 over a five-year period from May 22, 2026, to May 21, 2031. The work involves environmental sampling and laboratory analysis of water, soil/sediment, and air dust samples using Laser Diode Infrared (LDIR) technology, falling under NAICS code 541380. Each individual task order issued under the BPA will be firm fixed price, with packaging and marking requirements specified only at the time of order issuance rather than at the BPA level. Invoicing must be submitted electronically via the Internet Payment Platform (IPP), and all payments require inclusion of AAC, TAS, and ACRN accounting data.
