It is the intent of the City for the Successful Proposer to furnish all labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to execute and properly finish the Project. The purpose of the project is to realign the intersection of Idylwood Avenue and East Main Street. There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on October 13, 2026 at 10 AM on-site at the intersection of Idylwood Ave and East Main St, Waterbury, CT. ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN at the information session IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
