In accordance with the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. § 47), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the HHS Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR), this notice is to identify and obtain information from qualified Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing Regulated Medical Waste and Pharmaceutical Hazardous Waste Collection Disposal Services, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC).
