The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts and materials, as necessary for the manufacturing and or fabrication of Traffic Signs, on an AS NEEDED BASIS. VDOT will only accept bids from a Regular Dealer who owns, operates, or maintains a store, warehouse, or other establishment in which the materials, supplies, articles, or equipment of the general character described by the specifications and required under the contract are manufactured and stocked in the usual course of business. No manufacturing subcontracting will be permitted.
