This is a sealed bid, one-time lot sale for 17 used pad mount transformers located at Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Michigan, managed by DLA Disposition Services under solicitation number 33-6031. The transformers are classified as non-PCB per 40 CFR 761, with PCB levels either below 50 PPM based on analysis or verified as non-PCB through manufacturer data plates; however, purchasers are prohibited from using Statement of Intent destinations in states like California, Oregon, and Washington that enforce stricter PCB thresholds of 5 PPM unless the transformers meet those lower limits.
