IFB 33-6048 Expended Small Arms Cartridge Casings (ESAAC) Sale, San Joaquin, CA

Invitation for Bid IFB-33-6048 is a sealed, one-time sale of Expended Small Arms Cartridge Casings (ESACC) conducted by DLA Disposition Services in San Joaquin, California. This is not a service contract, and all materials are sold on an as-is/where-is basis with no guarantees regarding suitability for reloading. The award will be made on an all-or-none basis to a single responsive and responsible bidder who offers the highest total projected revenue across six line items. Bidders must submit an individual price-per-pound for each item, and the total evaluated bid value is calculated by multiplying these rates by historical weights. The winning purchaser is required to possess all necessary licenses or utilize licensed subcontractors for the removal of the items. Bids must be submitted via email to dla.sales@dla.mil by September 24, 2026, and must include completed and signed SF 114 and SF 114A forms. A bid deposit is required, though a Performance Bond may be substituted after award. Full payment must be made via electronic funds transfer, ACH, or credit card prior to the removal of any property; paper checks are not accepted. Export of the materials outside the United States is strictly prohibited. Access to the pickup location in Tracy, California, requires coordination with security 72 hours in advance and completion of the DBIDS pre-enrollment process at least three working days prior to arrival.
