Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, parts, supplies, disposal and incidentals necessary to provide calibration and repair services on portable gas monitors on an as needed basis to Caltrans. Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a current and valid Certificate of Authorized Dealer issued by RKI Instruments for the type of work to be performed. Bidder shall submit a copy of the certificate with bid. Contractor must have a primary business location within a 50-mile radius of 2650 South Garey Avenue, Pomona, CA 91766.
