The campaign will be in support of the Teen Distracted Driving (TDD) VI Grant. California Law Requires Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation. All Proposers for this solicitation, must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of five percent (5%). Proposers are eligible to receive a DVBE incentive for their participation.
