The video/teleconference will be held July 30, 2025 at 2:00 pm, interested parties may participate by Zoom or call-in using the Zoom link above. Immediately following the video/teleconference an onsite walkthrough of the project location will take place via Zoom or in-person.All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or a cashier’s check.  Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid.Questions regarding this IFB shall be directed, in writing, to UAA Facilities Planning & Construction Bid Express or emailed to contact@example.gov for action, include bid number and project name in email subject line.Complete bidding documents for this project are available in electronic form.  They may be viewed online and downloaded without charge and without deposit from Bid Express.Bidders must register through the web site to be notified of addenda.  Bid documents are not available from the Architect or the Owner, but they may be obtained from most plan rooms and reprographic firms for a fee.  Printed copies may be ordered from reprographic companies through the website or by contacting a reprographer directly. Downloaded files may be printed on the plan holder’s equipment.  Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs.
