IFB HSR25-124 Fire Alarm Suppression Systems and Fire Sprinkler Systems Monitoring, Maintenance and Repair Services for Nine (9) California High-Speed Rail Authority Properties in Fresno, CA

The California High-Speed Rail Authority is soliciting services for comprehensive monitoring, maintenance, and repair of Fire Alarm Suppression Systems and Fire Sprinkler Systems across nine designated properties in Fresno, California. The contract requires the selected contractor to perform monthly cellular monitoring, annual and periodic inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, battery replacements, fire pump and backflow testing, and exit sign burn tests. All work must be conducted by factory-trained technicians using manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools and must fully comply with NFPA 72, California Fire/Life Safety Technician Certification (Blue Card), C-10 Electrical, and C-16 Fire Protection Contractor licenses, as well as all applicable state and federal codes.
