The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to perform the demolition and replacement of building 632 roofing system. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 7/23/2026, at 11:30 AM at Camp San Luis Obispo, 10 Sonoma Avenue, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid.
