IFB No. B127173-EY, HVAC for Yorktown Welcome Center

The County of York, Virginia, is soliciting bids under IFB No. B127173-EY for the installation of a complete mechanical system at the Yorktown Welcome Center. The scope of work includes the removal of existing split system indoor and outdoor handling units, associated controls, piping, supports, and select ductwork, followed by the installation of a new split system indoor air handling unit and a new outdoor condensing unit on an elevated platform. The project also requires selective electrical demolition and installation.
