The IRS Office of Information Technology Acquisitions (OITA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract for IgniteXML license, maintenance to digitalML, 508 California Street STE. 1600, San Francisco, CA 94104. Maintenance support for the IgniteXML Organizer and ICS licenses are needed to support the Enterprise Services - Solution Engineering Offices for Internal Revenue Services. digitalML is the only vendor that is capable of acquiring services and software for this particular product. This action will result in a Firm Fix Priced contract for a 5 month period of performance from August 6, 2014 through January 25, 2014. The NAICS code is 511210 and size standard is $25,000,000.00. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302.
