The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to acquire contractor services to support the overall U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) mission through Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) of Lifecycle Management (LCM) and Planning for FirstNet and Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite-enabled systems and devices on an ongoing basis across the CBP enterprise. This effort provides objective, third-party validation of lifecycle governance, sustainment execution, acquisition decisions, and operational readiness on a continuous basis throughout the lifecycle.
Acquisition Strategy: Sole Source SDVOSB for a Base and 1 Option Year.
