Under this Project, IBM shall provide technical services to support Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) sustainment for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) TIM deployment within the Tucson Sector, as well as associated support environments, including NDC/SAT, MAGE/SAT, and MAGE/PROD (collectively, the “Environments”).
