Indo-PACOM Recoilless Precision Rifle (RePR-G7) Rocket Propelled Grenade Launcher & Anti-Tank Weapon Simulator Systems

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – APG Orlando Division has issued a Sources Sought Notice to conduct market research for the procurement of 17 Recoilless Precision Rifle (RePR-G7) Anti-Tank Weapon Simulator Systems. This requirement is part of the Joint Littoral Security Force Integration program, aimed at enhancing the operational readiness and training capabilities of an Indo-PACOM partner's littoral and amphibious security forces. The project demands a turnkey solution that includes physical, field-deployable hardware that replicates the exact form, fit, weight, and operational sequence of the active RePR-G7 system. Notably, the government has strictly excluded any virtual reality, augmented reality, or software-only solutions, requiring high-fidelity physical devices instead. In addition to hardware, the contract scope encompasses OCONUS technical and operational training delivered via mobile training teams to approximately 15 recipient force structures, alongside professional military translation services from English to Traditional Chinese. These translation services must cover all technical manuals, curricula, safety guidelines, and software interfaces, requiring translators with expertise in specific Indo-PACOM military and maritime defense nomenclature. The anticipated delivery date is late FY28, and the procurement is subject to specialty metals restrictions under DFARS. Interested businesses must submit a capabilities statement by October 1, 2026, detailing their socioeconomic status, manufacturer or non-manufacturer standing, and past performance in similar high-fidelity simulator and OCONUS training programs.
