The United States Coast Guard is conducting market research to identify capable sources for the acquisition of a Stratasys F3300 System with Aircraft Interior Certification Solutions package, part number 133-00100-V, to replace its aging Stratasys F450 printer. The system must be capable of producing large-format prototypes with a building envelope of 23.6” x 23.6” x 31.5” and must use ULTEM 9085 resin, the only FAA-certified thermoplastic for flame, smoke, and toxicity compliance in aircraft interior parts. Only Stratasys Inc. or its authorized distributors are eligible to respond, with the approved source having Cage Code 1GKB4. The F3300 is selected because it is software-compatible with the existing F450, eliminating the need for new software licenses and associated costs. Responses are required to confirm the respondent’s status as an approved source or distributor, business size classification, NAICS code 333248, and any certifications including small, disadvantaged, Hub Zone, Woman-Owned, or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned status. Additional information on GSA schedule listing, other government customers, quantity discounts, and lead times must also be provided. This is strictly a sources sought notice with no obligation for the government to award a contract; any future procurement will require a separate solicitation on SAM.gov. All responses must be submitted via email to Jackson.S.Perry@uscg.mil by 2:00 PM EDT on June 5, 2026, with the subject line including solicitation number 70Z03826IK0000002.
