The contract outlines a schedule of monthly Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) update sessions hosted by the Army Contracting Command-Orlando (ACC-ORL) throughout the remainder of calendar year 2019. These sessions, led by the Acting ACC-ORL Executive Director/Senior Contracting Official, Mr. Michael W. Harris, aim to enhance communication between ACC-ORL, PEO STRI, and industry stakeholders interested in pursuing U.S. Government contracts. The sessions are open to industry participants without the need for advance registration, requiring only a photo ID and sign-in upon arrival. They will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in Conference Room 321 at Partnership III, 3039 Technology Parkway, Orlando, FL. Immediately following the August session, there is an additional dual-session with NSTXL from 10:15 to 11:15 AM focused on Other Transaction Authority (OTA) information and potential TReX pipeline opportunities. Each PALT session provides an informal, open Q&A forum for attendees to request status updates on specific procurements, with government representatives providing non-sensitive information while safeguarding source selection integrity. There is no formal agenda or session minutes; however, select briefings or presentations may be posted on the ACC-ORL public website for reference. Important logistical details include a parking policy requiring visitors to use the large lot at the corner of Science Drive and Technology Parkway, with unauthorized parking in AT&T lots subject to towing. The contract data identifies the responsible agency as the Department of Defense’s ACC-ORL office, with contact information provided for the Systems Branch Chief, Thomas Bunch, further supporting inquiries related to the sessions or contracts.
